Greetings everyone, I hope you’re rested, well, and not the least bit tired of reading another blog centred around Leonard Cohen; of course you’re not.
I’m still in Larne, my last day at home before flying to Paris tomorrow, but there are a few UHTC souls already on their way. The North Americans will land a day ahead of the Euro-Dwellers so that they may unknot their bodies and lie horizontally for an extra day, acclimating to their various differences in time.
We shall be rehearsing for a few days in Paris before we play the Bercy Palais Omnisports. (Is that like a real palace, housing the monarchies of ALL the sports? It sounds pretty amazing, I can’t wait to be omnithere.) Unlike The Love Boat, we’re not expecting anything exciting or new for the upcoming week, but one never knows exactly what lies afoot, so we shall open an eye and ear to the coming events and impart to you, the good reader, what’s going on behind the omnicurtain.
It’s a quick blog entry today, just a teaser, a free cube of cheese on a toothpick at the omnimarket, to say we’re still here and about to jet into the sunrise on another leg of the Old Ideas tour. Bonjour Europe, encore une fois.
